Welcome to HoopsUp. By using hoopsup.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What HoopsUp is
HoopsUp is a free directory of basketball courts in Indianapolis and nearby cities. We list court locations, whether they’re indoor or outdoor, free or paid, and other details to help you find a place to play.
2. Court information is provided “as is”
We work to keep listings accurate, but court details change. Courts can close, be under repair, be reserved, change their hours or fees, or have different rules. We don’t own or operate any of the courts listed. Always check with the park, gym or facility before you go. HoopsUp doesn’t guarantee that any information on the site is complete, current, or accurate.
3. Play safe
You’re responsible for your own safety and for following the rules of each court or facility. Playing basketball involves physical risk. HoopsUp is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage connected to your use of any court or facility listed on the site.
4. Suggestions and messages
If you send us a court suggestion, correction, or other message, you allow us to use that information to update the directory. Please don’t send anything false, offensive, or that you don’t have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- misuse the site, try to break it, or interfere with how it works;
- scrape or copy the directory in bulk;
- use the site for anything illegal.
6. Our content
The site’s design, text, logo and directory are owned by HoopsUp or used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but don’t copy or republish our content without permission. Maps are provided by Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors.
7. Ads and third-party links
The site shows ads and links to other websites (such as park, YMCA, and map sites). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HoopsUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any information on it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
